Shipping Policy: 

We strive to ship your orders within 3-5 business days. In case of any delay, we will promptly inform you via phone or email. Please allow up to 2 days for processing and packing. We use USPS , UPS , AND FEDEX exclusively for shipping, and for international orders, we require shipping via Priority Mail. Please review your local postal regulations before placing an order, especially for herbs and occult items.All orders are provided with tracking numbers. Once your order is shipped and confirmed to be in possession, any further concerns regarding the package should be addressed directly with shipping company . We cannot be held liable for missing packages or delivery issues beyond this point.

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address as we use the information you provide for generating shipping labels. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs and updating their shipping information. 

Processing and Handling Time:

We know how eager you are to receive your  products, and we make every effort to ship your order within 3-5 business days. If, for any unforeseen reason, there is a delay in processing, we will promptly notify you by phone or email with an update. Please allow an additional 2 business days for order processing and packing to ensure the utmost care in preparing your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

While we take every precaution to ensure your package's safe delivery, we must clarify that Scentful Vibes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address you provided. Once the package is in possession of the selected shipping carrier and has been confirmed as delivered or attempted delivery, any further concerns should be addressed directly with the respective carrier.

Order Status and Tracking:

Occasional Shipping Exceptions:
