Preserved Flowers:
All sales of our preserved flowers are final. To maintain the highest standards of quality and to ensure that our flowers arrive in impeccable condition, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to guarantee the lasting beauty and integrity of our luxurious floral arrangements.
Coconut Wax Candles:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for exchange or refund. Please reach out to our friendly customer care team for assistance with the return process. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for returning the product. To be eligible for a refund, candles must be returned unused and not burned.
